Cupertino/West San Jose

Welcome To Cupertino/West San Jose

Cupertino is a small Santa Clara County city known as the home of Apple, while West San Jose is a beautiful neighborhood bordering Cupertino. San Jose is the largest city in Northern California, and its sprawling West San Jose neighborhood features world-class shopping and dining along Santana Row. Main Street Cupertino is a relaxed shopping and dining destination with many great local businesses. Both communities offer great schools and easy access to Silicon Valley companies.

These adjacent communities offer an eclectic real estate mix. Cupertino has many gorgeous contemporary single-family homes with distinctive designs. The southeastern Fairgrove neighborhood features spacious mid-century modern Eichler homes with courtyard entries and atriums, while the rural area to the southwest has spectacular custom-built properties on acreage estates. Other housing options in Cupertino include contemporary townhouses and condominiums. West San Jose is mostly comprised of peaceful residential areas featuring renovated mid-century ranches. There are also newer townhouses and luxury loft-style condominiums close to all of the upscale amenities of Santana Row.

Maggiano’s Little Italy is a family-friendly restaurant serving hearty portions of delicious Southern Italian meals. Their menu includes exceptional pasta dishes alongside prime steaks and seafood. Over on Winchester Boulevard, Mizu Sushi offers sophisticated interpretations of Japanese and Korean cooking. Their menu features a wide variety of sushi rolls and sashimi alongside signature salads, udon bowls, and entrées such as 4oz wagyu steak and lobster tail, marinated beef bulgogi, and charbroiled chicken teriyaki. Just across Stevens Creek Boulevard from Santana Row, Westfield Valley Fair is one of the largest shopping malls in the United States. The mall features almost 200 stores and close to 50 food outlets anchored by Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and Nordstrom department stores. Stevens Creek Avenue is Cupertino’s relaxed Main Street dining and retail district.
